Project & Custom Imports

Lead time: 8–12 weeks, depending on order size and shipping schedules.

3. Delivery Costs

Cape Town region: Flat delivery fee calculated at checkout, depending on order size and weight.

Large-scale project orders: Quoted individually based on volume, distance, and handling requirements.

For bulky items (e.g., doors, panels, mattresses), ground-floor delivery is included. Additional handling (stairs, lifts, etc.) may require prior arrangement.
6. Damages & Returns
